From frustrating fights about emptying the dishwasher, through to intense arguments about money or sex, relationships inevitably hit bumps in the road.
It’s how we choose to deal with these breakdowns that either sustains or starves our connections. We can push through, avoid the problem or make it worse. Or we can make peace with conflict and learn how to use it to strengthen and secure our relationships.
It may seem hard to fathom, but conflict can truly be one of our greatest opportunities for personal growth and relational depth.
Our upcoming Relationships Workshop is your map for the journey, carefully curated to give you the skills to go from breakdown to breakthrough. Sure, you’ll still have hard days and tricky phases, but you’ll have the tools to guide on the path from conflict to connection.
Together, we’ll look at simple hacks for preventing conflict, unpack the psychology and physiology of conflict, discover what to do in the hot heat of an argument – and how to find the gold afterwards.
This is our only Relationships Workshop for 2022 and we have only 8 spaces left for the full weekend. Tickets are also available for Friday night. See you there!
