A phase or a doomed dynamic?

How do we know the difference between a phase and a doomed dynamic?

It can be helpful to look at your conflict patterns in terms of quantity and quality. If it feels like you are fighting more often than not fighting, and/or you’re fighting dirty, it’s time to get help. If you fight every once in a while and do so relatively consciously, you’re probably doing ok!

Regardless of if you fight incessantly or occasionally, it’s important to learn tools to reduce conflict and to minimise the refractory period for coming back from conflict when it does occur.

This is one of my most passionate topics to teach on!

Join us for the upcoming Relationships Workshop for either the Friday night or the full weekend. We have released 10 more spaces due to a re-assessment of COVID restrictions.

And get hold of a copy of my book “When Love Goes South.”
